Join Chef Susan Spicer and Sommelier Michelle Gueydan for a 5-course wine pairing dinner with Special Guest Winemaker Moritz Bak of Res Fortes Wines (Roussillon France). After honing his craft at other wineries - including at acclaimed Orin Swift in California - Moritz opened his winery in the South of France, where he had spent summers with his wine loving grandfather. The name Res Fortes pays homage to Moritz' other passion: climbing the peaks of Pyrenees Mountains surrounding him. Limited seating. Reserve today! $135pp + tax (Gratuity included)
